Our guests ask us many questions about travel in India. Here are just a few of the most frequent queries. When planning your itinerary please feel free to ask your travel consultant any other questions you may have.

The best time to visit India will depend on your travel preferences, goals and numerous geographical regions of the country. The southern regions provide excellent winter travel destinations (November to March) because of the moderate temperatures and the best opportunities for game viewing in the national parks. Although the winter months in the north might be very cold, this is a great time to go bird-watching because many migratory species arrive at this time. The south experiences warm summer temperatures from April to June, making it the ideal season for beach vacations and cultural excursions. On the other hand, summers in the north are great for trips to the Himalayas. Even though it will be hot, July is thought to be a wonderful season to see wildlife.

To visit India, a visa is required for everyone except citizens of Bhutan, Maldives and Nepal. We advise you to get in touch with your local Indian embassy or consulate while making travel arrangements, as this needs to be obtained before arrival.

We undoubtedly offer airport transport services to our customers who have reserved our entire tour packages. We are happy to let you know that there are no fees associated with our pick-up and drop-off services. However, you must provide the arrival date and time for this.

To put it briefly, a customized itinerary is created based on your unique requirements. Ultimately, this would have been something you asked us to do during the customization process. We assess your unique interests, preferences and needs against our expertise in the area's highlights and logistics.

Rupee, which is composed of 100 Paise, is the currency used in India. In India, exchanging major currencies including US dollars, British pounds and euros is simple. The majority of the nation's international airports offer currency exchange services and a few larger hotels and resorts also provide this amenity to their patrons.

Our representative will be waiting for you in the airport arrival lounge with a sign bearing your name. He will help you when you check into your hotel as well. The identical protocol will be adhered to each time you establish an internal conveyance via air or rail, as well as at your ultimate departure from India.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travellers and should be obtained at the time of booking. It should include coverage for emergency repatriation, medical costs, personal accident and death. We recommend a minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each category of coverage. You must provide the insurance company's 24-hour emergency contact number and policy number 15 days before the tour. Please make sure to carry the insurer's information and emergency contact number with you instead of credit card details. It is strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that best suits your needs, including any pre-existing medical issues and global events.
